About the Role
The CEO Office Projects & Engagement Officer delivers high-quality administrative support across the CEO office team to ensure the smooth running of the CEO Office and consistent, professional engagement with internal and external stakeholders. It provides support to CEO office led strategic projects and special events and supports the delivery of the Governor engagement program.
Key Accountabilities (Refer to Position Description for full list of Key Accountabilities)
- Coordinates and delivers planning and logistics for major Board and Executive-level events to ensure seamless execution and alignment with strategic priorities. This may include events with external stakeholders as well as retreats and meetings.
- Supports the coordination of strategic projects led by the CEO Office to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinates the Governor engagement strategy and activities including scheduling, briefing coordination, governance and record keeping to strengthen relationships and engagement with the organisation.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience (Refer to Position Description for full list of Selection Criteria)
- Experience in event coordination, travel logistics, or supporting meetings and projects, ideally within a professional or organisational setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear correspondence and liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
