About the Role
The CRM Data Specialist ensures the integrity, usability, and strategic optimisation of WWF-Australia’s CRM platform. As part of a major CRM transformation initiative, the role focuses on system configuration, data architecture, and enabling stakeholder-driven enhancements. It supports high-quality, actionable data and seamless integration across fundraising, supporter engagement, and operational systems, contributing to WWF’s mission to mobilise millions and deliver impactful conservation outcomes.
Key Accountabilities (Refer to Position Description for full list of Key Accountabilities)
- Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure supporter data is accurate, deduplicated, and structured to support segmentation and reporting.
- Oversee Transaction Processing: Lead the execution of donation, refund, and related transaction workflows to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold data privacy and security standards in accordance with WWF Data Security Policy and PCI-DSS obligations.
- Manage CRM Support Requests: Fulfil helpdesk job requests from users in line with agreed service levels, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience (Refer to Position Description for full list of Selection Criteria)
- Salesforce CRM Experience
Demonstrated experience working with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud or similar CRM platforms, including configuration, data management, and user support. - CRM Migration Exposure
Proven involvement in CRM platform migration projects, with an understanding of data mapping, cleansing, and integration processes. - Advanced Excel Skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation for reporting and analysis.
