About the Role
Coordinate and deliver project and partnership support, including reporting, milestone tracking, event coordination, documenting media and industry report updates, and partnership logistics to enable the successful implementation of WWF's efforts to promote the creation of green iron export trade between Australia and East Asia.
Key Accountabilities (Refer to Position Description for full list of Key Accountabilities)
- Coordinate internal and external reporting to ensure timely, accurate, and strategic communication of project progress and impact, contributing to transparency and stakeholder confidence.
- Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic timelines and enable proactive risk mitigation.
- Support the development and management of partnership agreements to strengthen collaboration and ensure compliance with WWF-Australia’s governance standards.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience (Refer to Position Description for full list of Selection Criteria)
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination or management within a multi-stakeholder, cross-cultural environment.
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills, including experience in reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- High-level cross-cultural communication and partnership management skills.

4. Your experience in climate-related and/or basic research/scientific data compilation work in a field related to this role.
