About the Role
The Executive Assistant (EA) as part of the CEO Office team, plays a key role in supporting the Executives in Strategic Execution, maintaining information flow and cross-departmental integration.
The EA provides high-level administrative and coordination support to two members of the Executive team and works closely with the Manager and other members of the CEO Office to help the Executives integrate across departmental teams, contributing to the effective functioning of the CEO Office. As a future focused EA, the role leverages AI technologies to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and provide innovative solutions to complex challenges in the CEO Office.
Key Accountabilities (Refer to Position Description for full list of Key Accountabilities)
- Supports activities and workflow for Executive team members, leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness ensuring quality and accuracy in all tasks
- Provides administrative support
- Proactively identifies emerging priorities, anticipates needs, and resolves issues before they escalate, ensuring the Executive team’s focus remains on strategic outcomes
- Coordinates logistics and meeting preparation for Transformation Team (TT) including offsite retreats, in collaboration with the TT leads, Manager, Office of the CEO and Executive Team
Skills, Knowledge and Experience (Refer to Position Description for full list of Selection Criteria)
- Demonstrated well developed Executive Assistant skills and experience working directly with an Executive or Board.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in using varied software, tools and technology (e.g. AI) to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and the impact of their work.
- Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation, diplomacy, influencing, verbal and written communication skills.
