About the Role
This is a fixed-term, project-based role to support the successful deployment of the Aurion Payroll system at WWF-Australia. The Aurion Payroll Project Specialist will work closely with the project delivery team to ensure the system is configured to meet organisational needs, support integration with other platforms, and enable a smooth transition from legacy systems. The role will also provide critical support during post go-live hypercare and handover phases.

Key Accountabilities (Refer to Position Description for full list of Key Accountabilities)

• Support the end-to-end configuration, testing, and validation of the Aurion Payroll and HiBob HRIS integration, collaborating with Information Technology (IT) and vendor partners to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of bespoke Aurion Payroll and HR reports to meet WWF’s operational and compliance needs, leveraging advanced Aurion system expertise.
• Provide hands-on coaching and training to the core project and payroll teams, building internal capability and ensuring a smooth transition to business-as-usual support post go-live, including hypercare phases.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience (Refer to Position Description for full list of Selection Criteria)

• Demonstrated experience in configuring and administering the Aurion Payroll system, including report design and system integration.
• Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting payroll system implementations, upgrades, or transitions.
