About the Role
The Content Intelligence and Production Designer leads a team to develop and execute content strategies to drive relevance, AI discoverability and engagement. This role leads a team that drives AI innovation in the digital content ecosystem and delivers content that supports trust, engagement and discoverability to meet WWF-Australia's strategic objectives. The role uses innovation and content marketing expertise to lead the planning, production, publishing and organic amplification of stories and visual content to engage audiences to take action for nature.
Key Accountabilities (Refer to Position Description for full list of Key Accountabilities)
Leads the development and implementation of engaging, integrated, multi-channel content strategies to help build trust, reach, engagement, lead generation and growth objectives of the organisation.
Leads innovation and AI solutions that optimise content production and efficiency, contributing to improving audience and customer experience.
Collaborates across team to ensure content supports AI discoverability and relevance for multiple audiences.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience (Refer to Position Description for full list of Selection Criteria)
Demonstrated experience in content production and publishing tools e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, CANVA, Hootsuite etc.
Demonstrated experience in using AI tools to enhance content production pipelines
Demonstrated experience in producing content for AI search and discoverability
