About the Role
The Supporter Relationships Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of data processes to support mid-value giving and gifts in Wills. This role is responsible for coordinating data operations with a strong focus on driving automation and continuous improvement.
This role also assists with the administration of estates and contributes flexibly to help the Supporter Relationships team across marketing, stewardship and event activities, to grow and retain philanthropic donors.
Key Accountabilities (Refer to Position Description for full list of Key Accountabilities)
Build and execute data processes within the CRM to generate dashboards and lists to support the delivery of both the mid-level giving and gift in Wills programs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and automate manual data tasks, then collaborate to implement solutions.
Run regular data hygiene processes to ensure high quality and accurate supporter records.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience (Refer to Position Description for full list of Selection Criteria)
Highly organised and superior attention to detail, with a track record of meeting deadlines.
Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce NonProfit Cloud to undertake data processing, import, extraction, manipulation and report building.
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements, including automation.
