We are looking for a Technology & Integrations Delivery Specialist to join WWF‑Australia on a 6‑month maximum‑term contract, playing a pivotal role in delivering enterprise‑wide digital and cybersecurity initiatives that support our mission to Regenerate Nature by 2030.
This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where your technical expertise will directly enable better collaboration, stronger data governance, and a more secure, future‑fit organisation.

About the Role
The position leads the implementation of enterprise-wide digital and cybersecurity initiatives to optimise data management, cybersecurity, and collaboration platforms, enabling WWF-Australia to deliver its strategic goals more effectively.
Key Accountabilities (Refer to Position Description for full list of Key Accountabilities)
Develop and implement a transition plan from on-premises drives to cloud storage to improve data accessibility, security, and efficiency, including managing the clean-up of legacy systems.
Capture and maintain a 12–24 month integrations roadmap across WWF-Australia’s technology ecosystem by engaging platform owners and ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
Monitor and support the deployment of AI capabilities across the organisation to identify opportunities for automation, insight generation, and enhanced decision-making.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience (Refer to Position Description for full list of Selection Criteria)
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
Strong knowledge of cloud storage platforms, data governance tools (e.g. Microsoft Purview), and collaboration environments (e.g. Confluence, SharePoint).
Proven ability to manage complex integrations across diverse technology ecosystems.
