We are looking for a Technology & Integrations Delivery Specialist to join WWF‑Australia on a 6‑month maximum‑term contract, playing a pivotal role in delivering enterprise‑wide digital and cybersecurity initiatives that support our mission to Regenerate Nature by 2030.

About the Role
The position leads the implementation of enterprise-wide digital and cybersecurity initiatives to optimise data management, cybersecurity, and collaboration platforms, enabling WWF-Australia to deliver its strategic goals more effectively.

Key Accountabilities (Refer to Position Description for full list of Key Accountabilities)

• Develop and implement a transition plan from on-premises drives to cloud storage to improve data accessibility, security, and efficiency, including managing the clean-up of legacy systems.

• Capture and maintain a 12–24 month integrations roadmap across WWF-Australia’s technology ecosystem by engaging platform owners and ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.

• Monitor and support the deployment of AI capabilities across the organisation to identify opportunities for automation, insight generation, and enhanced decision-making.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience (Refer to Position Description for full list of Selection Criteria)

• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of cloud storage platforms, data governance tools (e.g. Microsoft Purview), and collaboration environments (e.g. Confluence, SharePoint).

• Proven ability to manage complex integrations across diverse technology ecosystems.
