Builds and manages relationships to grow and retain a loyal pipeline and cohort of community and digital fundraisers, providing guidance and support to inspire achievement of fundraising targets.
Identifies opportunities for third-party fundraising and supports the development and implementation of new community fundraising initiatives, to help grow the portfolio.
Collaborates to develop and update marketing collateral, assets and supporter communications, to engage prospective and existing supporters.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience (Refer to Position Description for full list of Selection Criteria)
Demonstrated understanding of the community fundraising, digital (ideally Livestream) fundraising and fundraising campaign environment.
Well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Demonstrated high level of customer service and relationship management skills, preferably within a fundraising, sales, or account service environment.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse groups and deal sensitively with people and personal information.
Our Commitment to Diversity: WWF values diversity and is building a workforce that reflects the community we serve.
