About the Role
The Project Manager – CRM & Martech leads the on-time, on-budget delivery of WWF-Australia’s CRM implementation and migration project, along with other strategic initiatives as directed. This role oversees the relevant project team, governance, and risk management to ensure marketing technology aligns with and supports WWF’s strategic goals.
Key Accountabilities (Refer to Position Description for full list of Key Accountabilities)
- Project manage the end-to-end delivery of the WWF-Australia CRM implementation & migration project to Salesforce nonprofit cloud on time and on budget, including all relevant deliverables and tasks.
- Lead on core CRM & marketing tech project management tasks including scheduling, delivery management, project governance and communication, and contract, budget and risk management.
- Ensure that senior stakeholders, including the CRM steering committee, executive team and board committees are updated as relevant on the progress of the project and project risks.
- Establish and lead a cross-functional project team to ensure delivery of the CRM & martech project deliverables and timely management of project risks.

- Contributes to strategic and/or operational planning, systems, processes, delivery and reporting.
- Complies with legislation and standards, policies and practices, particularly advocacy with excellence, information security, health and safety, child protection, prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse, security, sustainability, and equal employment opportunity.
- Performs budget administration, risk and quality management, and reporting.
